This policy explains how Rhythm handles personal information when you visit this website, apply to the beta, apply as a founding creator, or use the Rhythm app.

Depending on how you use Rhythm, we may collect:

We do not ask for your Google password. If Google sign-in is enabled, Google returns a verified account identifier and the profile information you authorize.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer. We will update this policy before using data for a materially different purpose.

You can request deletion from the app settings when available or by emailing privacy@rhythmdaily.app. We will delete or anonymize data that we are not legally required to retain.

We use access controls, secure transmission, monitoring, and service-provider safeguards appropriate to the data we hold. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Rhythm is not intended for children under 13, or under 16 where required by local law. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Our service providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
