This policy explains how Rhythm handles personal information when you visit this website, apply to the beta, apply as a founding creator, or use the Rhythm app.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use Rhythm, we may collect:

• Application data: email address, country, device and operating system, routine interests, creator profile and social links, audience range, timezone, content language, and your answers to application questions.
• Account data: email address, account identifier, and authentication information needed to operate your account.
• Product data: routines you create or save, scheduled activities, reminders, completion records, and related settings.
• Technical data: IP address, browser or device details, request logs, and security events needed to operate and protect the service.
• Referral data: campaign parameters, referral code, referring page, and landing page so we can understand how people find Rhythm.

We do not ask for your Google password. If Google sign-in is enabled, Google returns a verified account identifier and the profile information you authorize.

2. Why we use it

• Review beta and creator applications.
• Create accounts, invitations, and access controls.
• Operate routines, reminders, scheduling, and account features.
• Provide support, prevent abuse, and maintain security.
• Measure product performance and improve the service.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. Legal bases

Where required, we rely on your consent, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting Rhythm, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may use providers for hosting, infrastructure, email delivery, security, and product analytics. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to Rhythm.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer. We will update this policy before using data for a materially different purpose.

5. Retention

• Beta and creator applications: up to 24 months unless deletion is requested earlier.
• Account data: while the account is active and for a limited period needed to complete deletion and backups.
• Security logs: normally up to 90 days.
• Legal, tax, and transaction records: retained only as long as required by applicable law.

6. Cookies and analytics

Rhythm may use essential cookies or local storage for security, session management, and core functionality. Non-essential analytics or marketing technologies will be enabled only with any consent required by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to certain processing. Contact privacy@rhythmdaily.app. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

8. Account and data deletion

You can request deletion from the app settings when available or by emailing privacy@rhythmdaily.app. We will delete or anonymize data that we are not legally required to retain.

9. Security

We use access controls, secure transmission, monitoring, and service-provider safeguards appropriate to the data we hold. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

Rhythm is not intended for children under 13, or under 16 where required by local law. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

11. International transfers

Our service providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
