Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to the Rhythm website, beta programs, applications, and related services. By using Rhythm or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms.

1. Beta service

Rhythm is under active development. Features may change, be interrupted, or be removed. Beta access is limited and does not guarantee continued access, pricing, income, audience growth, or availability on any app store.

2. Accounts and applications

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. We may reject, suspend, or remove access for abuse, fraud, security risk, or violation of these Terms.

3. Creator applications

Submitting a creator application does not create a payment relationship or guarantee acceptance. Paid content, revenue share, payout, tax, refund, licensing, and content rights will require a separate Creator Agreement. You may not publish content you do not have the right to use.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use Rhythm for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, abuse invitations, scrape private data, or disrupt the service.
• Do not misrepresent sponsorship, affiliation, results, or identity.
• Do not upload malware or content that violates another person's rights.

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you create, subject to the rights needed for Rhythm to host, process, and display it. You are responsible for your content and must have permission for any third-party material you include.

6. Payments

The beta does not process payments. Any future in-app purchase, web purchase, subscription, refund, or creator payout will be governed by the terms displayed at the time it becomes available and by the applicable app-store or payment-provider rules.

7. Third-party services

Rhythm may use hosting, authentication, email, analytics, payment, and infrastructure providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms.

8. Disclaimers

Rhythm is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific outcomes, income, audience growth, or that any routine will be suitable for your circumstances.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rhythm is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
